Mint Controls’ Fill Sensor provides the power of knowing which bins are full. The system uses the Company’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) software to ensure waste management picks up only the correct trash bin.
Data You Can Act On
Mint Controls uses its Fill Sensor device to collect a wide range of valuable data. The data collection process is integrated with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track assets, sensors, services, and their costs. The AI system efficiently locates patterns and changes and provides the end user with valuable information they can act on.
Mint Controls’ Fill Sensors monitor fill level, GPS location, temperature, battery health, and tilt. The Fill Sensor provides an effective solution for monitoring waste, fill level of various containers, warehouse space, and other areas that management and security teams would like to monitor for occupancy and/or availability. In addition to monitoring occupancy and fill level, the Fill Sensor also monitors when bins tip over or if their lid is left open. This can help detect spills or hazardous situations.
In warehouses, the Fill Sensor monitors bins to track inventory levels. The device lets staff and management know when inventory runs low or items are left in storage too long.
