Laser Distance Ranges are Tested against a 88% Reflectance White card in a Dark (no extraneous IR Light) situation.  Maximum distances are derated for lower reflectances or with extraneous IR Light.All Sensors other than Fire Detection are only read at the Check-in Interval. Check-in Intervals affect Battery Life. More frequent check-ins results in shorter Battery Life.
